By enrolling in UGC Fasttrack (“the Program”), you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you, the participant, and UGC Fasttrack / Marzia Prince (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read them carefully before joining the Program.

Program Description

UGC Fasttrack is an online coaching and training experience designed to help participants learn, create, and monetize User-Generated Content (UGC). The Program includes access to educational content, live group coaching sessions, downloadable materials, and a private online community. While the structure of the Program is consistent, we reserve the right to update or improve the content at any time in order to better serve our participants.

Eligibility

To participate in the Program, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a contract. By enrolling, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete and that you meet all eligibility requirements.

Payment Terms

The price of the Program and the payment structure may vary depending on current offers, promotions, or payment plan options made available at the time of your enrollment. All payments are processed securely through a third-party payment processor. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds. By enrolling, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method according to the agreed-upon payment plan or full amount at checkout.

Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the Program during this period, you may request a full refund. To initiate a refund, you must contact us in writing at [email protected] within seven (7) calendar days from your purchase date. Refunds requested after this window will not be honored, regardless of program usage, activity, or engagement level.

Program Access and Duration

Upon successful enrollment and payment, you will receive access to the Program materials and community for the duration specified in the offer you purchased. This includes access to core content, group coaching calls, templates, and community discussions. Access is limited to the enrolled participant only and may not be shared, transferred, or sublicensed to others. We may update or enhance the content within the Program, and such updates will be made available at our discretion during your access period.

Intellectual Property Rights

All materials provided within the Program—including but not limited to video content, templates, PDFs, written guides, and coaching recordings—are the intellectual property of UGC Fasttrack / Marzia Prince. By enrolling, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own personal or internal business use. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or publicly share any of the Program content without prior written permission. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in removal from the Program and potential legal action.

Community Standards and Code of Conduct

The Program includes access to a private online community where participants may interact with one another and with the coaching team. You are expected to engage respectfully, contribute constructively, and maintain professionalism at all times. Harassment, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, spam, or self-promotion are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to remove any participant from the Program and community—without refund—if these standards are violated.

Earnings Disclaimer

While the Program is designed to help you build skills and strategies that may lead to business or financial growth, we make no guarantees regarding your personal results or income. Individual success depends on many variables including your effort, consistency, market conditions, and other factors beyond our control. Testimonials or case studies shared in our marketing or within the Program represent individual experiences and are not a promise or prediction of your results. You understand that starting or growing a business involves risk, and we are not responsible for your success or failure.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas, United States. In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good faith mediation before pursuing legal action. If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be resolved in the appropriate court located in the State of Texas.
